Location: Sandton Head OfficeType: Full-time, in officeSalary: R25,000 to R35,000 CTC per month, depending on experienceLuxity is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimise and report on our paid digital campaigns across key growth channels.
This role is suited to someone who is technically comfortable inside ad platforms, commercially aware, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-moving retail environment. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the CEO, CMO, designer, social media assistant, and the broader team to ensure that paid media activity is well-structured, properly tracked, and commercially effective.
This is not a general marketing coordinator role. We are looking for someone who enjoys campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, analysis and improving performance over time.
Key responsibilities- Build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Support additional paid channels such as YouTube, TikTok or display remarketing where relevant
- Manage prospecting, retargeting and conversion-focused campaigns
- Assist with paid media campaign planning in line with the broader marketing calendar
- Monitor campaign performance and make day-to-day optimisation decisions
- Manage budget pacing in line with approved campaign plans
- Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions and UTM tracking
- Support conversion tracking across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and related tools
- Produce weekly and monthly paid media reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Track and report on metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and revenue contribution
- Work with the CMO and creative team to brief and test paid media creative
- Identify opportunities to improve performance through creative testing, audience testing and landing page feedback
- Flag performance issues, tracking problems or wasted spend early
- Keep up to date with paid media platform changes and relevant digital marketing trends
Requirements- 2 to 4 years’ hands-on paid media experience
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with campaign setup, optimisation, audience targeting and remarketing
- Comfortable working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events and UTM tracking
- Strong reporting and analytical ability
- Good understanding of paid media metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversion rate
- Able to translate performance data into clear recommendations
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently while reporting to a marketing manager
- Comfortable working full-time from Luxity’s Sandton Head Office
