Who we are: A performance-driven, full-service digital marketing agency specialising in the online marketing industry since 2006.
Who are we looking for: A skilled Copy Manager to ensure our content is consistently top-quality, on-brand and delivered efficiently.
What will you do:Content production and refinement- Edit, review and refine a wide range of content types daily—including SEO articles, blogs, social media posts and website copy—ensuring every piece is error-free, plagiarism-free and on-brand
- Write or refine internal blogs, reports, briefs and other communications as needed, maintaining a high standard of clarity and creativity
- Assist with internal research queries related to incoming leads, providing accurate and timely content insights
Administration- Serve as the primary point of contact for content-related queries from Account Managers and Digital Campaign Managers, ensuring all administrative tasks related to copy production are handled efficiently
- Manage our pool of freelance writers and editors by assigning tasks with clear briefs, setting and monitoring deadlines and overseeing administrative processes
- Provide general support and stand in for the Head of Copy when required
Traffic support- Ensure continuity and timely execution of copy-related tasks when backup is required in the Workflow Department. Responsibilities include:
- In the absence of designated workflow staff, manage copy job traffic, including scheduling, supplier invoice processing and updating cost of sales to ensure deadlines are met and production remains uninterrupted (training will be provided)
- Oversee production tools to monitor progress, flag bottlenecks and generate status reports for seamless copy production
What do you need:- A mid-level content specialist with a tertiary qualification in Journalism, English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in copywriting, editing, or content management (agency or digital marketing experience preferred)
- A meticulous editor with a strong command of English, capable of transforming raw ideas into polished content and adapting content for SEO and multiple formats
- Proficient in digital marketing and SEO best practices, with a keen understanding of how content drives results
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in using common content tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Suite, Grammarly, etc.) and eager to explore new technologies, including AI content tools, to enhance efficiency and output
