Requirements

Essential Experience & Skills

• Minimum 7 years' software development experience
• Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing software projects from concept through delivery
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop technical talent
