If he continues like this Sbu will destroy himself. Him saying he does not conform to the means he can or will do anything for money. He must be careful he may find himself selling drugs.
This goes to show that no matter how influential one may be, no one is above the law. Sbusiso Leope is an incredible business man and it's very disappointing to read about the poor decisions he has made and sadly, this controversy might hinder the success of his new business venture, MoFaya.
It was my first time too. At times i was amazed and at times i was overwhelmed. I spoke to a South African friend of mine who lives in the US and told him it was too big and he said welcome to America :-). There is definitely value but i think you need to go a few times to figure out how to get the maximum impact.
The tide is turning against Zuma and rest of his thieving band. The only reason Zuma is still president is because millions of unsophisticated citizens, a group of fat-cat yes-men, and many unethical capitalists derive monetary benefits from having this clown in the top position. Indeed, rotten is the word.
It doesn't need a sharp mind to agree with this viewpoint. Yes, sub-Saharan Africa will disappoint everybody who believes these countries have the ability to strive for something more creative than improving their skills at playing the victim and how to hold out the begging bowl.
Gareth Cliff is neither Black nor Jewish. I can tell you that no self-respecting Jewish person would say it's ok to have a statue of Hitler in Israel. It goes to reason that no self respecting Black person will think it ok to have a statue of Rhodes or Botha in South Africa. And no self respecting South African, that is Black, White, Coloured, Indian and every other that make up South Africa would think it ok, because that person, Rhodes, whether 200 years ago, or yesterday conjures hatred, distrust and division, to name a few.It is for this reason that I find Gareth's comments indeed shallow and distateful. It is this shallow thinking that leads to longer time in healing this nation.
