Worrying about attacks on foreign nationals hurting SA, did anyone worry about South Africans being hurt by the cheating, stealing and lying by President Showerhead?
One of the critical issues impeding the smooth running of teaching and learning in schools is violence, which is caused by various factors. One of them is socioeconomic factors. So this is welcomed by both the DBE and NGOs. It is vital that school principals be armed with necessary tools to combat crime in schools, of course in partnership with various departments. They need to be equipped with mentoring and coaching skills to help learners to realise their dreams
Not the worst stand-up man I ever seen. but i think he have to take few lessons on to become more correct with some of his words. But well done, anyway.
How about ad talents for commercial voice over, narration or tv advertising? This industry earns much, and every commercial models provides huge impact to consumers. To try voice over artist see this .
I guess the idea will be limited only to financial transactions. The voice over recoding can still deemed as verbal documentation to protect legal rights of both agency and consumer, robotics voice over during financial transaction should replace to human voice over talent instead. Like the company, which they promote voice over actors to many company related work purposes, commercials and purposeful campaigns.
So what's the best? Build the brand or making sales? :)I do think a hybrid business is the key. Leverage CPM for biggest announcements while you do the best possible targeting with CPM optimisation tools. AND run performance advertising CPL/A on daily basis to achieve sales. One last option for the only CPL/A focused brand could be to negociate CPM deal + ongoing CPL/A campaigns to minimalise risk on both side :)
Emy, you are of course 100% correct. Tendering is fraught with funny business.Agencies are fully aware of this, but times are too tough not to tender. At some there was talk of shortlisted agencies insisting on a R50, 000 tender fee.But because of lack of courage, no follow through.
Give the Minister for the Department of Basic Education the Bols so that President Jacob Zuma's Bells can be rung for him to intervene in restoring calm.
Peter, whilst your article may be construed as making sense, it also in another sense insulting and patronising. That Laduma is a success is no different from Omo being a success. For years, as a black person, I have read about being niched, being micro-analysed, being given fancy names such as "black diamonds" ad nauseum. Are we (blacks) still animals in a cage being figured out by (white) gurus and, in many instances, their black sycophants in the advertising industry. When are we going to see an article headlined "how to reach white consumers"? Is it because white consumers are "normal" and we of the black ilk are not?To misquote (former) Sowetan Sports Editor Sello Rabothata once opined: "In all my years as a journalist I have never heard of a black reporter being an expert on white issues".
Any attempts to legislate common sense will always fail. Social engineering is a long failed concept. "Should do" home inspections is the right route to take and is not a loophole at all. It places inspection responsibility squarely where it belongs - with the buyer. We cannot keep running away from responsibility using rhetoric such as 'unscrupulous sellers"
